HERMES FOR BUSINESS

Hermes implementation
for your business

PrescribedAutomation.ai · The AI Concierge Division of Memphis Web Solutions

Tell us where it hurts. We’ll help you evaluate Hermes against the work that slows your business down, the tools you already own, and the return you need to justify the investment.

Start with an assessment now. From there, we can define a pilot, confirm the requirements, and plan an implementation your team can use and manage.

BUSINESS FIRST

Start with the work

A useful AI project begins with a clear business problem: repeated data entry, scattered information, slow handoffs, or follow-up that depends on someone remembering every step.

We review the workflow before recommending the technology. That includes checking whether better use of your existing tools would solve the problem.

THE PLATFORM

Where Hermes may fit

Nous Research develops Hermes Agent and offers a business portal with team setup and an enterprise inquiry route. The right option depends on your requirements, available access, deployment choices, and applicable terms.

We help you work through those choices and turn a suitable use case into an implementation plan.

EXPLORE THE FIT

Practical starting points

These are examples to evaluate, with feasibility and permissions confirmed for your environment:

Prepare the next follow-up.

Use approved business information to draft an update or identify the next action for review.

Find the information staff need.

Explore access to approved procedures and reference materials, with source checking and clear limits.

Reduce repeated handoffs.

Assess connections between your CRM, files, and automation tools so the same information needs less manual handling.

Make open work easier to see.

Explore summaries of outstanding tasks or exceptions from supported systems.

Specific connections and actions depend on supported interfaces, your access, and the agreed scope.

A CONTROLLED PATH

From assessment to implementation

  1. Assess the opportunity. Map the current workflow, establish a baseline, and identify a useful first project.
  2. Agree on the plan. Document scope, costs, integrations, responsibilities, data handling, and approval boundaries.
  3. Test a controlled pilot. Configure and test the agreed workflow with clear acceptance criteria and human review where needed.
  4. Roll out when ready. Expand after the pilot meets the agreed requirements. Include training, documentation, and any separately scoped ongoing support.

VALUE AND COST

Make the business case measurable

We evaluate a defined period, such as the first 12 months, and compare measurable benefits with the full cost of delivery.

Potential benefits may include actual cost reductions, additional gross profit, fewer avoidable errors, and productive staff time recovered. We show recovered capacity separately from cash savings unless it produces a documented financial benefit, and avoid counting the same benefit twice.

Costs include assessment, implementation, integrations, subscriptions, model usage, hosting, security review, training, internal staff time, human review, monitoring, maintenance, and support where applicable.

ROI = (measured financial benefits − total project costs) ÷ total project costs × 100.

Before the pilot, we agree what to measure and what would justify continuing. Afterward, we compare the results with the baseline. Returns depend on the workflow, adoption, costs, and actual performance.

HUMAN CONTROL

Your data and approval boundaries

Before connecting business information, we review the selected deployment, available privacy settings, third-party providers, and applicable terms with you. We define what the system may access, which actions need approval, and how exceptions reach a person.

COMMON QUESTIONS

What owners ask

Can we begin now?

Yes. Assessments and planning can begin now. Pilot and rollout timing depend on platform access, integration feasibility, agreed terms, and your readiness.

Do we have to replace our tools?

We start with what you already use and assess the connections that are practical. Any changes are included in the proposal before implementation.

Is this the same as the MWS Concierge System?

The existing Concierge System focuses on customer-facing intake and front-desk workflows. Hermes work is scoped around your specific business processes. We review any overlap so you understand what an existing service already covers.

How is it priced?

Your proposal sets out the assessment or implementation scope, costs, and any ongoing support. Platform subscriptions and usage charges are identified separately, including who provides and bills for them.

Who provides the service?

PrescribedAutomation.ai provides independent assessment, integration, implementation, and support through Memphis Web Solutions. Hermes is developed by Nous Research. This service does not include resale of Nous platform access or represent an official Nous partnership.
